20% gratuity will be automatically added to all parties. Travel fees may apply to onsite services due to increasing prices of products and supplies.
REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT
We require a refundable deposit for all beauty appointments. After receiving your invoice, please submit the requested deposit in order to confirm your desired appointment date. Your appointment is NOT confirmed or guaranteed until deposit is made. Please choose the "store CC on file option" when paying your invoice deposit via email. The remaining balance will be charged on or a day before your beauty services.
Because we reserve time especially for you, we ask for at least 24 hours advance notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Reservations are subject to a nonrefundable deposit as a service charge if they are not cancelled 24 hours prior to your scheduled time of service. Reservations are subject to 100% of service charge if they are not cancelled prior to 6 hours of your scheduled time.
